Enjoyed this excellent restaurant with the BF and my parents. A beautiful day for lunch on the patio after a boat ride. Excellent food, prices, and staff!

I would like to preface this review by saying I always write reviews based on my experience as a life-long vegetarian. I also try to fairly relay the experience of those dining with me who are usually non-vegetarians. I realize that I am not the target customer for many restaurants and this being part of the O&B family of restaurants... More

We started this years "Muskoka" trip at the Windermere House and had dinner at the Rosseau Grill on the Saturday night. The Grill is located at the far corner of the building and affords the dinner with excellent views of the Lake. The restaurant has a nice layout and you can sit along the sides if you want a quieter... More

I did not like the service and the food was ok and way too overpraised for the quality. We stayed hungry although had appetizer and the main. And our bill can up to 200 baks for 2 adults and 2 kids who only ate chicken fingers and fries. It is a bit too much . Toronto dt has less expensive... More

We booked a dinner reservation for 10 people about a week in advance for my birthday. I had wanted to check out Windermere for many years. We had a reservation for 6:45. Even though the restaurant had only opened 45 minutes earlier- they had no prime rib dinner special left for anyone at our table. After sarcastic comments from the... More

Since the Windemere Resort is a bit off the beaten path its earlier t stay at the resort to eat. That said there are three restaurants, the RG, pub and patio dining with EDO Sushi plus a breakfast room. The Rosseau Grill is the higher end refined dining , the only one that takes reservations. The service was very good,... More

We had an anniversary dinner and happened to be staying on Lake Rosseau. Decided to visit the Windermere Grill, one of the finest dining options in the area. Reservations were a challenge..."oh, I don't know sir, we're very very busy at 6 and 7, but I might fit you in at 6:15?"...got there and the place was 2/3 empty. Service... More

Enjoyed a great meal with friends at the O&B Rosseau Grill. Had a perfect table for four at the front windows with a beautiful view of Lake Rosseau. Apps were good and Mains were delicious. Desserts were light and ow so good. Service was excellent. Price wise, a little pricey, but, well worth it. Cheers

My husband and I ate at this restaurant on a Sunday night in June. The restaurant was not that busy and we had a seat by the window looking out at the beautiful lake. For appetizers we had a south west dish with grilled shrimp that was fantastic and my husband had the Caesar salad he said was excellent. For... More
