The restaurant sits right on top of the Half Moon Bay cliffs, so the views are amazing, specially for sunset. The food is good, but not superb. Overall a great place for lunch.

There are a few places to eat at the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay. This place, we came back to a second time. We ate an early dinner here after we arrived for our stay. My wife had the burger which she raved about and what eventually brought us back. I had a fish sandwich, that was amazing. I... More

We were staying at the hotel and ate here twice as we did not want to drive out. Food was nice but overpriced (for example for two cheeseburgers and two drinks you will hardly get change out of $100). Menu was also limited

I loved the space, and the service was great. They also had great drinks. However, almost every food item we ordered was disappointing (the brussels sprouts, arugula salad, risotto - I did really like the pumpkin soup). For example, the salad was overdressed and the focaccia bread they brought out in the beginning was very sub-par (not warm, kind of... More

Dear 581lily, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent visit. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the variety of handcrafted cocktails. It sounds as though dining in particular had its highs and lows, and we sincerely apologize for the inconsistency. You are certainly correct; our chefs use the freshest, highest quality and local ingredients in all... More

We had a big group for dinner at The Conservatory and it was great. The service was good and all the food was great. I liked the variety of items offered on the menu. I would definitely try it out if looking for a restaurant with a great view and food!

As guests of the hotel we wanted to dine on property. Of course, our plan was last minute on a Friday evening but the hostess didn't miss a beat. She searched for a table, as close to the spectacular view of the ocean as possible and gracious settled us in without an distain that our dining was an 11th hour... More

We visited on rainy day and found ourselves at a nice table overlooking toward the rough ocean. We tried crab salad and rock cod sandwich, both very good and generous. You expect higher cost but this lunch was a good value considering food, service and location.

Located in the Ritz-Carlton, there is also a outside large patio with seating and wonderful fire pits where they serve drinks and light fare. We choose to eat in the dining room and were delighted to be seated at a window to enjoy the views. Husband loved the Pescadero Donkey cocktail. I had the crab salad which was ok but... More

This is the Ritz Carlton's second restaurant but in my opinion is the one to go for. The views, particularly of the sunset, are spectacular. The food is very good and uses organic produce. Try the grilled asparagus and the half chicken. Totally delicious. Both of them. You can't book so go reasonably early.

This Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay restaurant has a nice view over the hotel gulf courts and the bay. The food is good though we expected better. Good service and nice detour at least for the view.
