Came here for brunch with 3 friends and we were very happy. We made a reservation and got a little bit of flack on the phone for mentioning that the fourth person would be late, which is understandable except that when we got there the place was empty (although it admittedly filled up pretty shortly after our arrival). We went... More

First, this is called the "Mud Hen" now, so the name is wrong. It is a fun casual gastropub. The food is about what you would expect. Tasty but not too inventive. Liked the atmosphere more than the food but it was perfect for grabbing a drink and light dinner with a friend.

I loved the concept of Street before going there – what’s not to love about elevated global street food, especially for someone who lives in the world capital of street food, Singapore. Street was a must-try for us when we were in LA in August 2013 and we were not disappointed. We arrived a little early for our booking as... More

I love this restaurant. I try to go every time I visit LA and recommend it to all of my family and friends when they travel there. Susan takes the diner on a trip around the world that tantalizes and satisfies the taste buds. Thank you for a positive, unique and remarkable dining experience.

we prefer small plates and different tastes. So Feniger's Street is right up our alley (;-)) In contrast to some, we have always had good service - at the bar and at a table. We also like the ability to bring our own wine - from Domaine LA not to far from Street - without a corkage fee. You have... More

We took our friend to Street for her birthday. What a great night! Street has so many creative and different choices. Most of the food is served in small tapas style portions so be ready to share and taste all the fun food. We had the Kaya Toast which may sound strange but was soooo delicious! Also the potato samosa... More

My daughter and I visited Street for Mother's Day this year and were introduced to their All You Can Eat and Bottomless Drinks! We love the originality of Street and ate our way through some of our old favorites (Kaya Toast) and some new favorites (Tamale Benedict and Sweet Potato Hash). The drinks were fab too - had a guava... More

And highly creative. Love that the portions are smaller and tapas sized so you can try a variety of dishes.

The food was different but also good. Would not say I would have chosen the spot if I had not been on a food tour with tourific escapes. We had the ginger tamarind cooler, kaya toast, potato samosas and shrimp and pork dumpling. I liked them all.

Staying in Hollywood

Neighbourhood Profile
Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
