6 of us ate plenty for $115 including tip. Giant matzoh ball in the mish-mosh soup. Cheeze blintzes, corned beef sandwich, Hawaiian burger, Apple pastry, and more. The sandwich was plenty big enough for 2 women to share. Waitress was great, kitchen accommodated all requests....More

So, we actually walked there - to get a taste of the street life too - definitely good food and fun at the adjoining Kibbutz room!

Good, authentic deli is not nearly as common in Los Angeles as it is in New York. Canter's is among the best we have, and it is the real deal. The menu is exactly what you'd expect, and the service is also exactly what you'd...More

Exactly what you would expect from a deli. Large deli menu ( big plastic) with exactly what you want to see. A 24 hour restaurant. Real chocolate phosphates here. Ask for "extra lean" corned beef if you want lean. Their bakery is reasonably good with...More

I always eat at Canters when I'm in LA. Andy was our waiter and he was the best! I opted for a bowl of matzo bowl soup and a half sandwich; pastrami on rye. :) I just love the ambiance in here. Looking around at...More

It is a traditional 24 hour open restaurant and deli in town. We loved our pastrami reuben sandwich. Rock band Guns n Roses started their career in a bar inside the restaurant, so there are lots of pictures of them on the walls.

We had to wait 3hours for our delivery because they were completely over booked with home deliveries but I can tell you, it was more than worth the wait. Free pickles on the side and I was as happy as one can be. It deserves...More

I absolutely love this place and have since I was in my teens. The ambiance of this deli is old school LA. I prefer sitting on the Bakery side but we were on the other side. There's a walk through. More tables instead of booths....More
