Had great fried shrimp as an appetizer. Had the steak filet and the barracuda, asparagus, mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. I liked the mashed potatoes the most.

Stopped at Noe, the lobby bar at the Omni downtown LA. Just looking for a quick drink while waiting for business colleagues to meet before dinner. Unfortunately, I regretted sitting at the bar thinking the service was going to be quicker. I noticed that the service was better for folks sitting at the tables in the bar, since the waitress... Tired feet after travelling so went to the hotel restaurant. It was relaxed with a limited menu but enough choice. I had chicken on a bed of rice which was delicious. The blond had salmon and rice which was very tasty. We both had ice cream for desert. It was fine

Extensive menu, warm ambience, attentive service. The option is available to dine indoors or out, so depending on the weather the fresh air can be an enjoyable accompaniment to one's meal. The Butterscotch Pudding for dessert is recommended!

I was here on business and a had a prep dinner meeting on the terrace and NOE. The setting is intimate with comfortable couches and fire pits. There was a beautiful breeze that night as well so it was great to be outside when on business you spend all your time indoors. We had a group of 8 and the server... More

The space feels like a hotel restaurant. However, the menu is interesting and the food is good. The food is fresh and well presented, chicken, beef and seafood were all good. There is also an outdoor space which is a good choice in the evening. This is a good choice for a business dinner or if you are staying in... More

Another great OMNI Hotel plus! Great food, drinks, ambiance (especially outside with comfy seating around the fire pits in the evening). May not be the staff's fault, they may be understaffed here; service was Very Slow on more than one occasion. The wait staff were exceptionally gracious and always apologetic for any delays....

I ate on the early side but had a great burger at Noe Bar. The service was exceptional. It was quite loud as people seem to view the public space as private space but the drinks were fab as was the food.

We came to this restaurant/bar after dinner about 8pm to have drinks and dessert, the service was terrible, the waiter was more concerned about the table next to us with 6 people than the 2 of us. In the end we only had 1 drink each and NO dessert. We stayed at Omni hotel which is great but wouldn't be... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.
