A long time Mexican Restaurant in Los Angeles, near the Silver Lake district. They have lunch specials and the whole menu to choose from. Nice music playing in the Background. A Pink Building with plenty of parking. Food was good and the service was good as well.

This place is definitely my style...been here 50+ years, is in a quirky old building that's pieced together and has great LA-style Mexican food. Like El Coyote only this place is VERY gay friendly and the staff was actually nice. The Cavern Club downstairs is a fun and wacky "theater" to see someone, as well.

This is an easy place to get some good Mexican food in a nice setting. Margaritas are good, waiters are nice, and the salsa is really good. Love their veggie enchilada, the tostada, and their chicken tacos. Gets crazy busy on Friday nights, delightfully quiet at lunchtime.

I've driven by this place before but never knew it was this popular. We are here for a pre Valentines dinner date and arrived at 7pm on a Saturday, the place was packed. No reservations required just show up. The place is dark, loud, and happening, definitely a lively gay atmosphere. I ordered the Chili Verde pork burrito with salsa... More

I've been here probably a hundred times and I love it. So does my 3 year old son. The place is great with kids or without. The service is wonderful and all the staff are really warm and friendly. And the margarita's are great. As is the food.

Had a very delicious dinner here. The place is very busy with regulars and guest. There is a very large bar and the drinks were flowing like Niagara Falls. We came in without a reservation and were seated immediately in a booth near the bar. The waiter quickly brought chips and salsa to nosh on. We had a great view... More

Yes, I first came here for dinner in 1986 and I continue to make the drive from Culver City to Silver Lake to eat at Casita del Campo. The food, truthfully, may not be the best Mexican food in Los Angeles. But the combination of the staff, the food and the ambiance are together a winner. On Saturday and Sunday... More

I'm not sure if it was just because we came at a busy time but our meal here was all a bit of a let-down. Had to wait an absolute age for our orders to be taken then even longer for the food to arrive. When our mains did arrive my veggie enchilada with green tomatillo sauce looked positively sorry... This place is so busy it is amazing that it all ticks over like clockwork. Average menu but great service and a fantastic atmosphere. Check out the theatre downstairs ...!

Okay people! I have been part of a Hispanic family for 20 years. They have never shared this amazing secret of sweet corn tamales with me. Skip dessert and order this! The enchiladas, daily soup and salsa was delicious. This is restaurant is very gay friendly and offers an atmosphere that is fun and different from anything I have seen... More
