Lunch on a Thursday, speedy, friendly, and really tasty. We had the beef dip and the Mama’s sandwiches w sides and food was plentiful. Definitely a find for a good lunch during our rafting and gold rush family weekend. First time find and will return.

We were going to stop somewhere else but it was closed. We passed by this place and decided to stop. It was awesome! Great beer selection and the staff was very knowledgeable about the beers. We enjoyed the casual atmosphere and chatting with the locals who were very friendly.

Fun ambiance. A deli for the Coloma rafters. Super busy on a Saturday so be patient. Service was friendly which goes with the ambiance. Lots of memorabilia to catch your interest.

Really enjoyed River shack as it was right across the street from our campground. Staff was very friendly and the trouble maker sandwich was the bomb! We will return!

We had sandwiches for lunch. There were four of us and we sat outside in their patio area. I loved their vege sandwich. Others liked their sandwiches too. Staff is awesome. Since the sandwiches are large we had left overs.
The Halloween decorations they had were super cute.
Overall, great place, good prices, and awesome staff.

We stopped here on our our way to our rental cabin and got a ham sandwich to go.. It was wonderful melted cheese and all the fixings. The place was friendly and had alot of people sitting at the bar talking and laughing about their day.

The best place to relax after a long rafting trip. The sandwiches are spectacular at this little divey bar. You can tell they are the epicenter for most raft companies because the culture is really fun and all over the walls. I would love to go at night, but we were camping.

We went to the deli for their turkey sandwiches. Great bread, turkey, avocado Yum.
So good. They are large. We opted to have them for 2 meals - 1/2 sandwich filled us up. Service is good. We also had soft drinks and potato chips.

Huge specialty sandwiches on fresh bread. Great beer and wine selection. Fiesta Fridays, 2 dollar tacos. Craft beers on tap, and huge selection in the cooler. You can ordwr sandwiches before your river trip, enough food for the whole day.

Great spot for an inexpensive beer and great sandwiches and salads made on site with fresh ingrediants. Very casual with indoor and patio seating. Dog friendly specially out back. Cash only spot- unusual, but fine.

We booked a rafting trip for my birthday and came here the night before our trip. This is a popular spot with all the locals. We even met the owner of our rafting company who happened to be having a staff meeting at one of the tables. Owners Dana and Dennis are super rad people and the fun environment they have created is indicative of their personalities. Highly recommend!

This is the place to get a nice fresh sandwich with a side of the best potato salad you ever had! and maybe room for a bag of chips. lol A must after a nice 21 mile Rafting trip!
