Again , we had a great experience at this restaurant which is on the pacific coast highway , just across the street from the Malibu Pier and beach access. You can park conveniently across the street in a parking lot ( max 15 dollars a day) or street parking, if available. The menu has not changed but their fish tacos... More

Stopped to have tacos. The fish tacos were fresh and delicious. They also had a fresh cucumber salad. The restaurant is located across Malibu beach. Highly recommend. Prices were affordable.

I have been here many times, and usually get the fish taco plate. However the last time I was here, I had the Southern-style trout, with brown rice and Israeli salad. I would say it's the perfect meal! it was so flaky and crisp--truly the best trout I have ever had. My grandchildren always want the fish and chips, and... More

Beautiful drive from westlake village through the mountains directly to malibu. A much easier trip than to a restaurant in the city. Kids enjoyed.

Eating outside facing the Pacific Ocean. Fish that tastes like it was just caught Simple menu. Great service A place to take out of town guests that won't break the bank. Parking can be a challenge.

Carry-out for four During NBA game 7. Grilled trout, Fish n Chips and Fish Tacos were all very good - tasty and cooked just right and were very reasonably priced by Malibu standards. Preparation was amazingly fast. Would certainly visit again if in the area.

The Fish Grill in Malibu is a real find! Stopped in a few minutes before closing on Tuesday night, 7:00 is closing time. Wife and I ordered the grilled fish tacos and the seafood chowder. Both were excellent. The fish tacos had the right combo of fish and cabbage and tomatoes and side of tarter sauce. Very tasty. The tacos... More

Average food and Average service. It's good when burnt out after a long surf and can no longer can deal with jacks. Fish tacos are okay but never never should they be offered with fries...That takes it down to two stars but nice service brings it all the back up to three and average score. No reason to eat here... I'm giving it 3 stars for the view not the food. Food gets 2 stars. Sign clearly says fresh seafood. I got the fried fish sandwich and it was clearly a piece of fried fish from the grocer freezer section. The french fries tasted like they had been fried in the oil that my fish had been fried in. Also... More
