Unassuming from the outside, and inside, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the speed of service. I had never even seen Asparagus Nigiri, and it was fresh, nicely presented and delicious. The Sushi, Gyoza and Miso soup were also very...More

Mid-line restaurant on the Camino in a semi-strip mall. Some restaurants are Japanese with some sushi, this is almost all sushi, or what most American’s qualify as sushi. Ordering is by checking the boxes on a piece of paper. Fish quality was good, but not...More

I eat a lot of sushi l. The quality and shelf life of some fish at this reatraurant was highly questionable. Sushi looked dry and not in the condition to be served for consumption. Sushi chef was making faces when i have expressed my concerns...More

This place is low-key and unpretentious. The sushi is better than average and uses high quality fish. Service quality varies; the staff is friendly but may be slow when slammed.

Been here before, and I am still impressed with the sushi here. Really tasty dragon roll, but the sushi platters are also something to strive for. Works well for small groups, and induces a nice authentic feeling of a neighborhood-sushi-joint. Will definitely return. Standard sushi/special...More

Small spot, but ace sushi chef & the BEST quality fish around - like butter, you don't even need teeth!!! The service away from the sushi bar is a bit spotty, and it gets crowded fast, but well worth any such distractions!

We have been eating sushi for more than 45 years on both coasts, etc. We enjoy eating sushi "Japanese style" and enjoyed the fact that the sushi chefs at Koma were willing to serve it in that style at the sushi bar. So many so...More

I've been here over 10 times at least (always for dinner), first when I was a Student at Stanford, due to its proximity, and then while coming over to the Bay Area on business. It's clearly a personal favorite. It's a small place and can...More

It is a small place, which can be quite crowded in the weekend, but it is worth it. Good quality sushi with an authentic touch, quick service and not extremely expensive. Perfect for small groups. Will definitely return
