We were in town for the AT&T Golf Tournament and stayed about a block from this restaurant. All 4 of us were impressed with the service and the food. My husband had chow mein, I had Mongolian beef, extra spicy. Our friends had the egg fu yung and General tsao's chicken. We really liked it all. Also had the 'small'... More

Very good "American" Chinese food. Good size portions for the price, tons of offerings. Their chow mein and their fried rice are so much better than another Chinese place further up Fremont! There are plenty of pieces of meat and vegies in both. I get take out here within 15 min of calling it in...I live just a few blocks... More

Lunch plates here are large!!! It's about $10, and still served with a cup of soup and rice. It easily serves two. Chinese menu you grew up with, sweet and sour, beef and broccoli, and such. My lunch buddy and I shared a small sizzling rice soup. The "small" would serve four people as a starter. Or full meal for... More

Best soup and the Chicken Salad is out of this world. I also had the Mongolin Beef YUM. We found this place and went back twice in our weekend.

When I'm craving Chinese this place always saves the day. King Pao Chicken is a favorite of mine. Egg flower is tasty. Always seem to have a good meal here!

I recently stopped at Chef Lee for carry out and was appalled at how bad the food was. My favorite egg foo yong had no vegetables in it, and the beef had gone bad. The egg rolls were greasy and flavorless. The chicken curry had very little curry. I've never had a meal this flavorless and bad. Next time I... More

We had dinner here tonight. The restaurant has probably been around for some time and ought to undergo a renovation. The service was swift and efficient, but the staff were not extraordinarily friendly. The food arrived within 10 minutes after we had placed the order and the portions were really large. The quality of the food was so-so. I didn't... More

Chef Lee's has been in business for many years. I had lunch with two friends today, and we order from the Rice Plate menu, choices $10 and $10.50. Happy Family, Chinese Greens and Pork, and Prawns. Lunch comes with cup of wonton soup, with 3 wontons in my cup. Lunch was served before we had finished our soup. It was... More
