A friend recommended this place for breakfast but I decided to check our out for dinner and was not disappointed in the least. Try the mushroom appetizer!

Early dinner(3:30 pm) is not the optimal time to dine, I get it. Prep changeover, staff breaks, management shifting, side work, etc. But shouldn't the table of 5 at 3:30 get the same service and quality product as the party of 5 at 7:00 pm?...More
Every visit to Morro Bay must include Dorn's. The view of the rock and harbor is amazing. Their chowder is second to none and their chopped salads are mouth watering. Service is top notch and prices are in line with the area.

Actually, I’ve eaten there a few times, years ago. I remember that the food was well prepared and delicious. If you get the right table, you can enjoy a lovely view of the harbor and Morro Rock.
