Located on Crystal Cove Beach with wonderful sunset views. Food is good with a limited menu. Very busy as it is the only restaurant with this kind of location in the area. Plan on waiting at least one hour for a table. The bar has...More

Party of 7 for lunch Seating was hard as the host who seats you was not treating well. Appetizers were good: we ordered grilled artichokes and hummus Main course: burger, rib sandwich and fish& chips

We love this place. Beautiful views, fabulous food. If you can snag a reservation do it, always an outdoor table with a ocean view with a reservation, this place is always busy too. But it definitely worth the wait. Try the clam chowder. You will...More

While walking Crystal Cove we stopped for a brief snack and drinks. To our surprise we found a delicious restaurant with excellent service and responsive staff. We sat at a small bar and watched the kitchen and wait staff process the orders and marveled at...More

Crystal cove is a marvelous beach. With the old ruined homes to one side, looking like a time lapse picture, and the mighty Pacific on the other, stretching for miles of sandy beach. The Beachcomer is usually full, so there's a wait involved, and a...More

Love the atmosphere, right at the water. The food is good, but not exceptional. I try to go in the winter when it is not so crowded.

Didn't know you had to make reservations at least by Midnight of the previous day in order to avoid the looong wait time for a table. Cute place on the beach, but parking is a hassle as you park across the highway and either take...More

Although we were not able to snag an Open Table reservation, we read on the website that the restaurant retains a large percentage of its tables for walk-in guests. We arrived at about 10:15 am on a weekday and waited about 20 minutes for an...More

We went there without reservation and agreed to wait for 1 and a half hour. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the wait. The food was ordinary, there was nothing good or special about it. Also, I honestly expected a better view. But because of the wind...More

We enjoyed the last minutes of our beach day and walked straight on the back deck after a short wait. Thai steak skewers were a fav and the salmon dinner was very generous.

There was no one there when we arrived around 8:00. By 8:30 there were four additional families. Ordering food doesn’t take long but getting the food takes longer than “normal” because it’s all made to order.

Genuinely don't know about GF but I doubt they'd have any issue if you told them.
