Walked in. Jimmy Hendrix was blaring, and the place looked kinda funky. That was fine. Waited a while. Rang the bell. Old loon scooted out ranting about something. His arm was bandaged up, kind-of. More like he had tied a washcloth on his arm. He was filthy. Rather than have some crazy dude bleed on our ice cream, we walked... More

This little, overdecorated ice cream shop is nothing but fun. Everything you'd want for a sugar rush plus decor that reflects the owner's obsession with the Beatles.

We love coming to the Ice Cream Shoppe. The decor is 'da bomb,' the music wonderful, and the products to eat are incredibly fresh and tasty. The service is fab too!

Kids liked the ice cream but it stunk inside and felt dirty. I am wondering when the health inspector last came?

If you're looking for a funky, eclectic place to grab some good ice cream, stop in here! It's difficult to describe the decor, but think vintage books, posters, records, and lots of packing tape! If you love 60's-70's Rock-n-Roll memorabilia, this is your utopia. It's kinda like enjoying ice cream in your funky, vinyl loving uncle's kitchen.

It is a very interesting place with lots of 60's collections. It just doesn't have that clean feel that would make you think that the ice cream is fresh.

Good location, in downtown Pacific Grove. Atmosphere is 60's with old posters and records all over. Lots of flavors of ice cream.

Who doesn't love the Beatles? But it's not about that. It's about the place being dusty. And not just dusty, but having a clear film of filth on some of the memorabilia is really off putting for a place serving food. The ice cream itself tasted cheap, and off brand. I would never come here again. Very disappointing for such... More

If you do, this is the place for you. They have so much Beatles memorabilia covering just about every square inch. It was awesome to see. We just dropped in and discovered this by accident. Oh yeah. The ice cream was excellent as well. ;-)

Well once again a trip to this area would not be complete without a visit to one of my favorite places. Enjoyed their truly unique ice cream and coffee. Not to mention the great staff and throw back decorations to the 60's.
