We went once, for Sunday dim-sum. Being from San Francisco where we have a lot of good dim-sum restaurants I've got to say I was impressed. It wasn't a big selection to chose from, but everything we had was very good. Outdoor seating was nice...More
This place had good reviews on Trip Advisor so we tried it. Food and Service was excellent. Asked server about signature dishes and he did not disappoint. Will go back again next time in Palm Springs.

We loved this little restaurant and were pleased to find the day we went was dim sum day. Excellent and varied dim sums, staff and service tops, a really good dining experience.
We were looking for Japanese food but came here for lunch on Saturday as they were open for lunch. Limited menu, okay ambiance, limited indoor seating, misters and outdoor seating, good service, cold beer.
I have eaten at Jiao since they first opened probably 2 dozen times, lets just say it is addicting. From the home made ice cream to the drinks to my favorite salad Bang Bang Ji, the menu always changes so I never get bored!
We ate here the first day we were in town and it was so good we went back the next day. Everything we tried was tremendous, healthy, and original. It is inspiring me to learn to make a few of these dishes at home.
We were with another couple and basically ordered half of the menu. It was all good. I could go into more detail but it really is not necessary. You will enjoy it.
Jiao was exactly what I was looking for...delicious, healthy, beautiful, interesting, reasonably priced food. May you enjoy it as much as I did.
