Copleys is beautiful for sure - and the food was wonderful (but see below about vegetarians) - great steaks and wonderful duck breast. Service was really lacking - lacklustre - we were seated late (we had reservations made at least a month before), in a rather unlovely spot (by the doors to the bar and washrooms - and with bright... Very romantic setting, service was great. Food was good but not great. All in all a very enjoyable meal and definitely worth a return visit.

Large and lovely patio for dinner. Reservations recommended. There is a small bar area if you want to wait for a table. Food is very good and is much more thoughtfully prepared than the tourist restaurants along this strip in old Palm Springs. Not inexpensive but worth it.

First of all I recommend you to go at night and to make a reservation to seat on the indoor patio, it has a very nice atmosphere. My next recommendation is to order the scallops as an entree, the rack of lamb, and the salmon. All of them are REALLY good, all around this restaurant is a 10/10.

My wife and I ate at Copleys during our recent trip to Palms Springs. We were there our second night and had an absolutely fabulous meal. The food is very flavorful and some unique twists on traditional dishes that are just amazing. I had the filet mignon with brussel sprouts, potatoes au gratin, spaghetti squash, and mushrooms - lot of... More

Our last dinner in Palm Springs couldn't have been any more special. The minute you walk into the grounds you know you're in a special place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was fantastic. We ate alfresco, and the weather was perfect. The food was excellent. Far and above the best meal of our short stay in the... More

Cary Grant's former guest house and garden is the perfect setting. Five-star dining and service without an attitude. Diners were casually dressed. Ate in the lovely landscaped outdoors. Cocktails were potent and artfully mixed. The short ribs topped with foie gras, salmon and pasta entrees were perfect. And the basil ice cream and lavender cake were to die for. A... More

The food was good, nothing over the top but we did enjoy it and the scenery. We had a very nice waiter who was attentive and kind. Very nice for a romantic night.

Copleys occupies the former home of actor Cary Grant. It is small intimate and is located on about 5 lovely acres. This restaurant is worth visiting as the food is outstanding.
