Great quality tapas in a cool modern restaurant accompanied by an extensive wine list. A perfect place to go for a relaxed evening with friends or a business dinner.

Joya is a fun place to have Tapas. They have a large variety which is good for everyone's mood and palate and each item is excellent. If you haven't had yucca fries, you really need to try them. I had all my staff addicted to...More

The food was good, but not exceptional. The blend of tapa recipes from Spain, South America and Mexico resulted in an indiscernible cuisine. The wine list featured varietals from Spain, Chile, Argentina, California and Oregon. It is rather expensive for what is provided.

The perfect family meal after watching Carmen at West BayOpera. Attentive servers, good drinks and delicious food - so many choices, it's a good thing they serve small plates!

Joya is a very good restaurant but not a good value. The tapas are excellent but portions are very small, even recoginzing that tapas by their very nature are meant to be small plates.

We only tried three things, and I expect that my rating would be higher if we had been able to order more widely. But there were just two of us, so three things were plenty. All of the meals come in a tall tiered tray...More

My wife and I ordered tapas sampler, yuca fries and caramelized brussels sprouts to start. We could have stopped there as portions were good but we also wanted to try the paella clasica which the food did not disappoint. The service was attentive and friendly;...More

Good Tapas selection. The tacos were great as were the salads. Do not miss the brussel sprouts. Shrimp and mussels also good. Nice quiet venue. Good service. Makes a good martini. A nice evening out.
