I just started working in the area and was looking for good places to try in Palo Alto when I came across this place. My friend and I ordered the Hummus Triangle as an appetizer plus entrées. Boy, did we get our money's worth. We could have feasted on the hummus and fluffy delicious pita bread and been satisfied. Our... More

We love Oren's! I like PA location best. Mountain View was ok, but poor service and food was not as good as PA. Cupertino is the same story...and they screwed up my order and it was cold. There were managers and servers everywhere yet the service was non-attentive. That said, I love the food and the crystal chandlers! I am... More

I always have the Chicken Pita Sandwich and I love, love it. The serving is always very generous, the food is tasty, and the price is just right.

Pretty mediocre food. We tried a few different items from the menu and nothing was great. Falafel, chicken (all thigh meat, no breast - which is weird) skewers, lamb shoulder. Nothing great enough for me to eat here again.

Its open late and the Hummus really is very good. They do a great job at packing an item to go (which is what I did) but things were still hopping at 10:40PM on a Thursday night. The Falafal are "OK" and a bit small. It is a good unique spot to catch a bite to eat. Note: there is... More

The food served here is amazing. We ordered the classic, traditional hummus and it was easily the best I've ever had. It comes with a side of pita bread which is truly unbelievably rich, smooth and delicious. Besides that, we ordered one entrée each - which later we realized was too much to eat after the generous serving of hummus... More

This restaurant is in the center of Palo Alto, where you can find a lot of other restaurants. It is israeli restaurant, with accent on hummus dishes. You will find typical isreali dishes, prepared very good and fresh. The place is nicely decorated.

Two locations, Palo Alto and Mountain View - both offering really fresh whole wheat or white flour pitas and great hummus! Complementary little cole slaw salad. I like the chicken kabobs with interesting spices. Service can be challenging but the food is always great. Kids are welcome.

No really - this is NOT your 70's era/pita bread middle eastern fare, but truly topnotch gourmet. The sabich sandwich and the beet salad are also favorites.

Wonderful hummus and freshly made _real_ pita - one of the few places I've found in the states that can (and should) claim to serve authentic Israeli food. It's become one of my "must" places to eat when in Palo Alto.

Thank Noam Z
