Overall the food is very good but a little overpriced (as well as the wine). The calamari appetizer is great but the spring rolls are bland. The lamb chops were good with a nice char on the outside. The sake mushrooms were excellent. On a...More

I was privileged to be invited to a lovely dinner banquet last Saturday at Tamarine. It's one thing to provide great indivualized orders, but another level of challenge to offer great food and service at a large gathering. I have to say: Tamarine hit it...More

Nice decor, great service, well presented food and high prices to match. Entrees were not very large serving size. Taste was good though I found the Tamarine Prawns rather too sweet.

We were delighted by everything we ordered and the excellent presentation. Always a fan of shaking beef, I was not disappointed. The glass noodles and the sea bass were likewise excellent. Service is attentive and the wine list is extensive.

More a place to impress friends or people than the real Asian thing. A bit too smart for my taste, but it's personal

Maybe they’ll be able to accommodate your larger party (8) if you are willing to do a prix fixe menu — easier for them. The restaurant does have a large bar, but I don’t know if the full menu is available at the bar or if... More

Description
Tamarine is a contemporary Vietnamese restaurant that features the light but flavor-intensive culinary delicacies of Vietnam. The restaurant offers a menu based on small plates, promoting the Vietnamese tradition of the 'shared' meal in which food is shared and enjoyed with those close. Tamarine's small plate entrees are enjoyed with the pairing of a variety of aromatic, flavor infused rice, designed to be mixed and matched to create a truly unique flavor experience. Along with culinary delicacies of Vietnam, the restaurant showcases the works of emerging artists from Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries.
