PF Chang has been consistent at all the locations I've been to. The rib appetizer and sea bass were very good as well as the lettuce chicken wrap.

One flavor in all meals: SALT and more SALT. Good service, good ambiance atrocious food from salad to main dish. Hot and sour soup was not edible as was the fish we ordered. We returned it and got refund.
My regular PFC is Emeryville, but I'm working this evening in Palo Alto. My server is very good, although the whole staff is short on watching for requests from diners to find the server for their table. The teamwork is in the ditch tonight.
Had dinner here on a weeknight. Food was ok, not great. Ate at Sacramento location a few years ago, it seemed to be much better. Service and food at Stanford location was lacking, will find another restaurant next time.
