High quality food, organic and nice to feel the Belgian touch (bread, spéculoos pasta...). A formula that works every where in the world :-) Thanks

Don't expect to get there at 8pm and find it open, because they close at 7!!! Are you kidding? People eat in Old Pasadena, then go looking for desert and coffee. We end up in Urth Cafe down the street.

Details like the very long communal table in the middle of the dining room, furniture that looks purposefully distressed and antiqued, and condiments on the tables like fig jam and hazelnut spread signal you that this is not the typical fast-food coffeeshop. As far as chain operations go, it's certainly a bit more pricey, but also more refined and comfortable.... More

If you've been to Europe, you know most breakfast consists of breads, meats, yogurts, fruit and coffee. This has all of that plus American staples like eggs, french toast, Belgian waffle and pastries. Be warned though - the portions are European in size (smaller) but everything was delicious. A little pricier too. They have some outdoor seating on Colorado so... More

This was a really tasty choice for my lunch, with great ingredients that felt like they came directly from the farm. The Tartines were really good. There were too many choices and I was sad that I could only have 1. The pastries all looked really good, but I didn't try any of them. Maybe next time, a cup of... More

While the coffee was fine, the tea was not. They serve it in gimmicky soup bowls. After we ordered there was a long wait and I was told they did not have the scone I ordered and was featured that day. It was there when I arrived- he just waited to get it. This was fairly early in the day.... More
