We enjoyed of our mexican meal in Amigo's restaurant, an advantage it that it closes late night, so if you arrive late to the hotel you still have the chance to have your dinner there. Very good food and price

We happened upon this little place by chance. The Chili Rienos and Taco's were very good. It is probably the least expensive sit down meal we had in our week in Metro L.A.

A lot of variety in the menu. All the dishes and drinks we ordered were delicious and the staff was very friendly.

The restaurant may not seem anything from the outside but once inside it's clean and welcoming. Cadillac Margaritas to die for!! I am a fan! We came as a group (10 people) and were attended to immediately. One of us in the group wanted other vegetables not featured on the menu and her request to replace side dishes which came... More

I tried this restaurant based on lots of positive online reviews. Not entirely sure where those people actually ate, though. This restaurant looked like it had been built and decorated 40 years ago and never updated. Dirty white walls with no decoration other than an amateurish mural on one wall. Kitchen separated from the dining room by a counter topped... More

Don't let the outside of this place deter you from trying it. I would often pass by and ignore this restaurant, until somebody convinced me to try their margaritas. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and drinks. Will definitely go back and try other dishes.

the food here is okay, but nothing out of the ordinary. the service, on the other hand, is miserable. place only had a couple of other patrons (which should have been the first clue when we walked in), but even so, the waitress wasn't at all attentive and indeed disappeared for 20 or 30 min after we finished and were... We were there for a CalTech post-graduation celebration of ten people including a couple of five year olds. We got there for lunch at about 1:30 PM so the place was a bit quiet. We had reservations and were shown to large table in a private corner. The waitress was attentive, patient, and good humored, so that got us off... More

Last night was my first time trying Amigo's Restaurant, which is located on the southwest corner of Colorado Blvd. and Wilson, in Pasadena. The building itself is old, so it's not very impressive from the outside, but once inside, it was comfortable. We were a group of 8 people and service was good from the time we arrived. Complimentary hot... More

I thought I knew Margarita and then I came here and I discovered the real taste of Margarita. Wonderful! Meat is fresh and tasty. Portions are very big, full of rice, beans, sauces and cheese. Very tasty, but I think that is the Mexican cousine adapted to American liking. The atmosphere is nice but too dark.
