Interesting menu and no salt and pepper on the table, I felt like we were insulting the wait staff just for asking. I know they have had major staffing changes lately, I would try again.

They were all booked up on a Saturday evening, but we decided to stop by and were able to sit at a very nice table in the bar area. Full menu, great service, eclectic decor and an extensive wine list. The menu is printed daily. Very enjoyable!

Thomas Hill Organics is a bistro and wine lounge serving creative fresh food prepared to perfection. The duck appetizers and entree were served with a delightful veggie sides. The artisanal cheese plate served with 3 or 5 kinds of cheese was outstanding. Other specials included Hamachi Poke, black lentil tacos and DiStefano Burrata. The chef prepares everything to order. Everything... More

Stopped here before a day of wine tasting with my boyfriend and I have never seen him say "this is the best sandwich I've ever tasted". I was skeptical, then I had a taste. Soft bread, sturdy enought to support the sandwich, crisp bacon, thick herloom style tomato (two different colors) so ripe that they had to be just off... More

Although we were only here during a food tour we had an opportunity to see the menu and it looked amazing. The staff was friendly. We had a small salad that was fresh and crisp and light.

My wife and I had lunch here while staying in Paso Robles. We usually go to Artisan but decided to give T H O a try. Good decision on our part. They have a nice patio out back but since it was warm, we decided to eat at the bar. We shared the stuffed pepper with goat cheese appetizer-$11. Great!... More

The food was ok but I didn't like how they brought out everything one at a time. We were a large party and we all ended up with cold food waiting for everyone else to get served.

This is a delight. There is a central atrium where most of the tables are located in a wonderful, airy room to enjoy a mid-day meal. Menu is exemplary with fresh ingredients and innovative menu items. Everything on the menu is irresistible. Many return trips are in order.

Not our first trip to THO, or our last. This is a must stop for us when we are in Paso. The BLTA and the Braised Pork Belly are a must. We must try something else next time. But we do have the go to choices. We got a treat with the carrot sambal. Ask for a side, its great!... More

My wife and I stopped by this restaurant for lunch on one of the two days we spent in Paso Robles for her birthday. We had a salad lunch. Typically, for us, lunch is a light meal. We ate in the courtyard, which is pleasant. The lunch was okay, but as we are both foodies, we judged that there is... More
