I'm a big omelet eater and their spinach, mushroom, cheese is excellent. Not to mention excellent hash browns and the frequent coffee refills and friendly service.

Billed as a greasy spoon its far from that. Reasonably priced place with great service and chili inspired food, you won't be disappointed. Traditional American type breakfast with great hash browns or Mexican inspired burrito/chorizo dishes with good portions and fresh ingredients.

It is very irritating when most Mexican restaurants use the word "authentic" because it usually isn't. Especially those establishments who make their food to satisfy a non-latinos. They make up dishes that just doesn't taste like they should. Joe's is not like that. Their chile verde omelet is outstanding!! The absolute real thing. Pork simmer to a point that it... More

Every time we travel to Paso Robles this is a MUST for breakfast! We are never ever disappointed! The decor is WWII memorabilia and is historical and interesting. Just Go and enjoy!

Many of the patrons looked to be locals ... difficult to do a good vegan/plant based breakfast. I requested a hash brown and bean burrito. And that's what I got - It was huge. Lots of cool old memorabilia clutter the restaurant walls. cheap eats.

Really enjoyed stopping here for breakfast. I had a Denver omelet with home fries. The service is just terrific, very friendly and they keep bringing you fresh coffee. Their menu brags a bit about the homemade Ranchero sauce and they aren't lying, it's delicious smothered over an omelet! One thing I'd recommend to them is ditching the store-bought name-brand syrup... More

I've managed restaurant for over 12 years. I have high expectations when it comes to service and food when I dine out. I notice and critique everything. Joe's is one of the most well run and managed restaurants (3 locations) I've had the pleasure of dining at. Good portions, breakfast omelettes are amazing light and fluffy and moist not overcooked.... More

We always come here for breakfast when we stay in Paso Robles. I like the Monterey Omelet, which is huge, but they very kindly split it for two of us, and it was ample. My husband also had a cinnamon roll, huge and super good. Hash browns are crisp on the outside, tender inside. Coffee good, not great. Service terrific.

We found this place for lunch - took advice from waitress and got the Grilled Meatloaf sandwich. Not on menu, so when offered.. do it! Juicy and delicious! Also had the Rubin sandwich, very good. sides were Garden salad and potato salad, nothing noteworthy. services, prices and atmosphere brought us back to try breakfast before leaving town. Again good service,... More

There is almost always a line to get into Joe's in the morning and for good reason. The breakfast here is pretty much perfection. Nobody does breakfast this well.
