Just stopped here for coffees and a caramel brownie, but everything looked great. Each table has a Trivial Pursuit box on it which keeps you very entertained.

This place was recommended to us for downtown eating. The menu was a little weird for us non-meat eaters but we still found something to try. Good but not exceptional. Bread was great.

The food is pretty good here but the service is dreadful. The place itself is very convenient but old and run down, especially the restroom. If you like the cuisine get it to go, if you dare.

What a pleasure this restaurant is with the genial staff, wide selection and reasonable prices. From the homemade bread and tapenade to the lamb burger everything tasted fresh and delicious. I loved the grilled salmon on a bed of spinach, and it was a nice surprise to find a baked potato as an option. Finally, Trivial Pursuit cards on the... More

We have stopped here for lunch often driving between Santa Barbara and the Bay Area, but this time we had the opportunity to visit the Odyssey for dinner. The atmosphere is very casual, and the vibe is laid back, with works by local artists on display and for sale. You order at a counter and then the food is brought... More

We had a delicious, relaxed, casual dinner with a nice glass of wine. The waitstaff is very polite and helpful. We never felt rushed and very much enjoyed our evening. I had the Rueben which was yummy with homemade bread and a side salad. We will definitely return to this wonderful cafe.

We were on our way to SLO and stopped to get something to eat. The place we saw from the freeway wasn't open, so we walked to town and were so lucky to stop at the World Cafe. The food was wonderful!! I had the steak sammy and it was on a buttery foccacia that was delicous. The steak was... More

Our first time here was quite positive. You order at a counter, and then your food and drinks are brought to you from the kitchen. It was fairly busy on a rainy night, but big enough and with good design and layout. We both found interesting and tasty things on the menu - I had a lamb burger with feta,... More

Because it was located in the middle of a 5 hour drive from Santa Barbara and the good reviews on TA, we chose to eat here. Close to the 101, but on a quiet street in Paso Robles. I had an brie and artichoke heart sandwich on their sourdough, my companion had ahi tuna salad. We drank water from the... More
