My husband and I shared a truffled mac and cheese, a delightful stuffed pear salad and a local wine. The food was delicious and our wait staff was perfectly attentive, knowledgeable and efficient.

We were referred here a while ago by others that said to definitely check it out. Wholly crap, were they right. Great spot for sharing small plates, pizzas, and wines. Good for romantic couples, small groups, and gatherings of all sorts. Highly recommend this place. We'll be back!

If you want to experience Petaluma at the local level, this is a good place to begin. Unpretentious but stylish, Luma offers a thoughtfully crafted dining experience. Some of the values at work here: a menu that is the expression of the head chef, featuring appetizing, non-cookie cutter offerings made from healthy ingredients, many of which are fresh and local.... My wife and I ate twice at Luma and we enjoyed each experience. We loved our food, drinks, and conversation with Paige. We stayed at the Metro Hotel and Cafe and were thrilled with a great restaurant being so close to our hotel. For a wonderful meal in a friendly setting go to Luma.

We read the reviews and decided this was worth a try. The restaurant was small but welcoming. We had no reservations but were seated right away. We think it is popular with locals as the server and hostess hugged many customers as they left. Only problem:the tables were so close together, it was hard not to hear every word of... More

We've been to Luma many times over the past few years. My wife enjoys it more than I do. I think that is because she likes the Chicken with Mushroom Stuffing, her go to dish. I had the special pizza last night which consisted of Jalapenos, cream cheese and tomato jam. Different, actually the cream cheese added a nice twist... More

Pizza was good. Service was not. And, I didn't like seeing the staff with the gauging ear lobes. I felt it distasteful to see as we were eating. Even my daughter who is 14 said it was gross.

We were recommended this restaurant for good, reasonably priced, local cuisine. And it was delicious. A small but not noisy restaurant, the food very creative. Menu changes daily, and specials also daily. The poached pear with walnuts, blue cheese, and fig, and the special pizza of the day terrific, along with a salad, and another small plate. And the shared... More
