love this homemade ice cream, so delicious...they even had licorice flavor one time...flavors change but whatever flavor vanilla they use it is so yummy on a homemade waffle cone. Love the smell of when they are fresh baked. Can go wrong with a stop here any season...

Munnerlyn's makes wonderful ice cream. The portions are generous and they have home-made waffle cones as well. The facility is very clean, though somewhat small inside (limited seating/standing room). The bathroom (always clean) is in the spotless kitchen. It is a well-cared for place. We always enjoy stopping on our way to/from Tahoe if the timing is right. Definitely worth... More

This is one of my favorite ice cream places to visit. After leaving the Bay Area and not having access to Fenton's in Oakland, it's nice to be able to get top notch ice cream! I pick it up for special occasions to serve guests as well. Not a sundae bar, but you can't beat the quality. Waffle cones are... More

Munnerlyns serves excellent ice cream although I think it is a expensive. Milk shakes are wonderful. My complaint is that when I wanted a quart of hand packed ice cream to take home, they would not make one for me. They insisted that I buy two pints and that was more expensive than a quart.

This is the perfect place to grab dessert after eating down the block at 88 Burger. The ice cream comes in several unique flavors and is rich and creamy. Staff was friendly and patient as were sampled the flavors to decide what to buy. Great ice cream, good price!

This year we discovered this ice cream parlor in the Sierras where we vacation. The shop features homemade ice-cream sold by the number of scoops you want. The $3 scoops are large enough to satisfy even a hungry traveler and oh so delicious. They serve a large variety of flavors. Every time I go in I try another flavor. A... More

Ice cream was only fair. The person serving (man) was unfriendly. No thank you's, limited conversation and threw change on counter. I felt like I was invisible.

for mentioning this place. If not we would never have noticed it. A small shop with a great selection of ice cream-as we say back east-not too shabby! And that is a compliment. And did I mention the chocolate shake? It was the best one I have found in this state! And that is a compliment as well. Stop in,... More

Icecream made on site! Always new and interesting flavors. Creamy Goodness. For those diary intolerant, they also do great sorbits.
