This is definitely a deli with goooooodddd meat! I'm not a big sandwich person; so I stick with salads and they do have some good ones. But my husband loves the sandwiches. The setting is in a 'strip' shopping center, not fancy, but they do have a few outside tables. Simple setting, good service, good food.

Awesome food. Diverse menu. Great burgers, gyros, salads, sandwiches, with draft beers. Been here many times. Good people, good vibe.

This place is near my hotel and wanted a sandwich to go. Surprised to see it was more a mini-sports bar then a traditional deli. The Reuben sandwich and house made potato chips were outstanding, one of the best Reuben sandwich ever ate. While waiting for my order, they were frying up hamburgers. They looked and smelled incredible and order... More

I actually had the pleasure to eat here twice! Lunchtime it seemed like a Navy Chow Hall with Seabees everywhere.Awesome Burgers, and the Italian Hero was awesome.

This comes from one who rarely posts, except when its exceptional. Almost hidden in an unassuming line of shops near a BIG LOTS, there's a Big Deal; Boar's Breath Deli (and way more!, I say). Fortunately, I've never awoken next to a Boar, nor smelled its breath, so I won't comment on anything but first hand experience. Venturing in for... More

After a long day heading from east coast to west, we were starving & popped into this strip mall eatery. Did not expect much as it appears to be a bit of a whole in the wall but the Walter burger was very good, messy, but good along with the chips. The young lady working the counter & table was... Saw the menu and was hungry for a burger. My son and I went on a Friday evening and it wasn't too crowded. I ordered the "Not yo momma burger" with Kobe beef.($16 burger) My son ordered the tuna melt. Our food came, the tuna melt was a pastrami. We returned it and the right sandwich came right away. My... I was recommended by someone to check this place out, so I finally did. I was not disappointed. We got there 30 minutes before closing and they still welcomed us in. Nice! The steak fries were delicious and I had the chicken cordon blue. It was very good! On the way out we were thanked for coming and told to... More

This is the best deli in Oxnard. Great quality cold cuts and salads. Good hot food as well but I usually stick to sandwiches and potato, macaroni salads and/or cole slaw. Clean..great place for lunch
