Amazing ice cream in unique flavor combinations, made from fresh local ingredients. It's really fun to watch the fresh cream turn into ice cream with the liquid nitrogen. It really feels like you are eating something special here!

This place has the best ice cream that I have ever eaten. It's made with super fresh ingredients and they mix it up while you wait. It seems that I always go during popular times because there is typically a lot of people there and a short wait. But it's well worth it.

The ice cream is made right in front of you using liquid nitrogen. The best selling ice cream seems to be the salted caramel although the orange and the chocolate lavender are just as good. I wasn't a fan of the mint chip as it tasted a bit ordinary. I often go for the Toddy float which is ice cream... More

Absolutely delicious! Great service, very quick considering how long the line was, but well worth the wait!

I had never heard of NO2 ice cream until A La Minute. Have been there multiple times, here and their Claremont location, and I'm always impressed with what the server. My favorite is the coffee toddy with Augies cold brew, and A La Minute fresh made ice cream. Positives to all locations: fresh local ingredients, often flavors you never dreamed... More

They add liquid nitrogen to the ingredients and it freezes in seconds. The flavors are not your standard, but they are tasty. The orange sorbet wasn't what I expected, but my wife's chocolate with orange was great.

I go here often and I anyways get orange honey with Hanger 24 extract syrup. They use local ingredients and have monthly special ice creams. Oh and fyi, they use liquid nitrogen to freeze the ice cream.

Loved the mocha chip fast-frozen, made to order with liquid nitrogen right before my eyes. Delectable. Creamy.
