Went there three times since the first of the year and I have to question myself why I went after the first meal. They evidently are not making enough money to turn the heat on. My food has been lukewarm. After telling management , they really didn't care if me or my food was cold. Terrible customer service. Management also... More

My lunch was terrible from the start. We waited to be seated for a long time. Then we walked into the seating area and a waitress saw us. She came over and said for us to be seated in the waiting area and then she came back and said.. Oh I can seat you now. She seated us and we... More

Seasoning was quite bland - although I am accustomed to spicy food. The Geoff Sweet Chili Prawns was a little too sweet and the prawns were real fishy. The Ripon Burger was pretty good. I only wish it had more Aioli sauce. My spouse told me that the Patty Melt was good. We both feel that Chilis has more flavor.... More

Good food and excellent service. The bar side is casual and usually quick to get a spot. Good atmosphere

From hamburgers to appetizers or a full course meal there is a huge selection at the Canal Street Grille. This place is good for families, groups or date night. We had a wonderful salmon dinner when on a bus tour to Modesto. About 30 of us arrived a little early but were sitted very quickly. We had a choice of Salmon, Steak, Chicken and Pasta. Most of the group ordered the salmon and no one was dissappointed. It was perfectly cooked with a glaze, served over rice and a... More

This restaurant is capable of putting out some great food, but alas, the food is VERY "hit and miss"! Whether you select scampi, onion soup, French dip or a cheese plate (appetizer) you never know what you will be served. As of late the soup was bitter, the scampi was lemon, salt and a hint of garlic (not fresh) and... More

Great place for dinner and lunch. One of the best restaurants in Ripon with unique American choices. Definitely a must try at least once.

Been here numerous times with my wife, with friends, business. The food is always tasty and the presentation attractive. Service is prompt and courteous. Can get a tad noisy at lunch time when the place is full, however that happens everyplace. Have had about half the items on the menu and I can honestly say, I liked them all. Portions... More
