We were surprised that it wasn't packed for a Friday night, but glad because we had come from a nearby hospital and needed a quick bite. Our server was really great, anticipating our needs, even down to the to-go box for my sandwich. Hubby ordered fish and chips and he loved it. Irish coffee hit the spot on a cold... More

The food is typical bar food...mostly fried so if you are looking to have something on the healthy side then you best just drink... A busy place with plenty of beer to wet your whistle...Cheers!

Great location near hotel and theater. Food and drink selections for every taste. Good prompt service too. Sharing works as meals are ample.

Cozy atmosphere reminding us of our Irish pub crawling...I know it is heresy to have a Scotch whisky in an Irish pub, however the expanisve list, like a magnet, drew me in...followed by a Guinness with my fish and chips...very good, without having too much batter...our party enjoyed the sliders, Irish stew and the grilled cheese...a couple of games were... Great atmosphere and rich, hearty Irish food. Great place for a cozy drink or dinner. Have been there a few times and continue to be impressed by the service, food, and beer selection.

This is the 3rd time in this place. Maybe I do not get it but the bartenders just are not friendly. They get you drink and ignore you. You ask a question about beer they give you a menu and say, "they are listed in there." Once I can see but not on three times.

Being that I was in town for a conference, I had originally intended to go to Islands in either Folsom or Roseville for dinner but I didn't feel like driving 45 minutes to get some dinner. Instead I walked into one nearby restaurant that was busy but I ended up walking out due to NOT being greeted even though their... More

Just flew in from east coast. I was starving but... Wanted breakfast food since I had left PA at 4 am. (And airlines never feed you). I checked into my downtown hotel and saw the sign directly next door for deVeres Irish pub. The LUCK OF THE IRISH.... They offer a brunch menu till 2 pm (just wanted to hug... More

We visited on a Saturday evening on a reservation placed a few hours earlier. They had a great table ready for us. We enjoyed their buttered pretzel starter and enjoyed some of their beer on tap. The meals arrived quickly and were each delicious Irish dishes.
