I went there alone on business. I was placed near the gathering area for the staff so I got to hear all of their gossiping about each other and their dissatisfaction with management. I had to ask for a refill of my tea each time I need one. The second one, I had to ask twice since apparently, they forgot... More

The service is very good and the food is above average. The restaurant itself is a little worn and outdated, but clean and comfortable.

What else? The name says it all. Calamari appetizer to share, then 3-Shrimp Wonder... excellent evening!

If you want a safe seafood eating place you'll be happy with this Red Lobster... Have I had better, yes but you'll pay for it. I gave it 4 stars because the food is very good but the service is great! Thanks Shaun

My husband, daughter and I celebrated my 66th. birthday dinner here this evening. The manager, Patrick came over to wish me a very happy birthday and offered to buy me any dessert I wanted. I selected the strawberry covered cheesecake. Our server, Michelle was superb. She was friendly and knowledgeable and prompt and considerate. My family thoroughly enjoyed the "Lobsterfest"... More

It was a very busy Friday night, but my Wife & I managed to get a great seat in the lounge. We were greeted promptly and our orders taken. In less than 5 minutes we had our beverages and about 15 minutes later our dinners were presented. Everything was prepared perfectly.

When the folks were seated at the next table, he gave them menus told them his name and asked if they were celebrating anything important. We ordered drinks. mine was a seasonal Sam Adams Octoberfest... More

Glasses and silverware were not clean. Then my club soda arrived and it tasted like sewage. I sent it back and the server said that she would get it from the "other side". The new one tasted normal. Then my oysters arrived and they not only had pieces of shell in them, upon closer look, they were absolutely filthy. I... More
