Coming from Texas there are two things I hold in high regard. Great BBQ and TexMex. I my opinion some of the best Mexican food is had in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. California is hit or miss. So I know good, great and bad Mexican food. I cannot agree with the negative ratings. This was my first meal here,... More

I have eaten here twice and it was equally bad both times. I can't imagine how they stay in business in such a predominately Hispanic area. I wouldn't eat here again even if it was free. It is the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The atmosphere is nice and the staff was friendly, but the food is... More

The food was really good and all of the staff was attentive and courteous. Parking is the only issue. Park across the street in mall next to chili's and walk across.

Tito's has been in San Leandro as long as I can remember. The food is so good and flavorful. The wait staff is so friendly and helpful.

This place has been here forever, but for the life of me, I can't figure out why. The food is either lukewarm or molten hot, the rice is tasteless, and the portions are small. Best part of the meal was the chips and salsa and the margaritas. I keep going back about once a year hoping it will get better,... More

Took the family and wished I went to Taco Bell instead. There were only "3" tables. The person whom took orders waited on one table at a time. That was from order to delivery then to the next table. I would have walked out but I heard so many great things, now that I think about it, they were all... More

My friends have been telling me about how good this restaurant is for years. Last week I decided to stop there after work. It was a Friday evening and it was packed. I sat myself in the Bar section and was greeted with a warm basket of chips and dip. When the waitress came I ordered a glass of red... More

Great food. Love the Shrimp Fajitas, they are the best. I do not know where they get the shrimp, but they are always huge, and cooked wonderfully. Good Margaritas, and great price. Also I love the Mole there, very nice and flavorful. Check this place out, you will not be sorry.

I was recently in San Leandro area and asked a local for good Mexican Restaurant and Tito's was recommended -- I had chicken avocado dish and my husband ordered some pork dish -- We both loved our meals -- I only wished I would have been in the area longer to visit Tito's again -- Large portions -- In fact,... I've been eating at Tito's since my high school days in the 70's. They have absolutely the best chile rellano around. I never found anything to compare against Titos's. I also love their chicken taco and enchilada.
