We stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday. Due to the rain, the patio was closed and the restaurant wasn't very full, which made it great for us. We had a room in the back off tghe patio to ourselves. Drink menu is good and I even requested the bartender to craft me something with vodka and ginger... More

I haven't been inspired to write a restaurant review for well over more than a year, but today's visit to Luna Red has motivated me. We had heard about local flavors here and our tomato farmer sells his tomatoes to this entity, as well as we had been hearing that there were vegan options. So after a trip to a... More

We had Shrimp paella and chicken torte. Paella was a lunch portion, perfect for one and full of flavor. Chicken Torte was a sandwich, it was delicious, but I didn't expect a sandwich.

Went to bottomless mimosas with a group of 10 on Sunday for brunch. They started out bringing two 1 liter glass which sufficed the whole group. But as more parties started to show for bottomless, the waiter started coming less frequently (once every 30 minutes) and would only bring one 1 liter pitcher that was filled only 2/3s of the... This restaurant has interesting decor, is conveniently located downtown, has a nice seating outside for guests, and good, quick service. However that is not what I am here to tell you about. On a whim, I ordered the avocado-tomato eggs benedict and I was in food heaven. The deliciously salty and perfectly cooked different kinds of potatoes to the salsas... More

The menu is very interesting and offers a number of vegetarian dishes including paella and tacos. In my earlier life I ate regular paella (including in the cradle of paella near Valencia), and I can say that Luna Red's vegetarian version is excellent. The tacos were also interesting especially given the wonderful sauces that are served along with them. The... More

I've always loved this place for its Spanish fare, but the options have definitely decreased. Food tis time was uninteresting and somewhat bland, even with the sauces. (I had Al Pasor taco and Coconut Lime Shrimp). The queso was runny and no goat cheese 'punch' to it. My daughter had a ceviche which was over-citrus...she didn't finish it. My favorites... More
