We had a marvelous evening eating in the bar. Jeff our bartender recommended great selections for us. We started with the beet salad, one of the best beet salads around. My husband and I enjoyed the highly recommended carbonara. Great selection of wines. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with the owner Marko. We will definitely make a return trip.

Great service but my Tortellini was under cooked and had no flavor. The porcini sauce was as tasteless and did nothing to the tortellini. Perhaps the chef was having an off day.

6 of us went to this place on a Saturday night. We were seated promptly and our server was right there. Food was very good, service was good, but the owner was fabulous. Moving between the tables, greeting people as they arrived, overseeing the servers, the man could not be faulted. It was packed, yet we were never hurried, and... More

Stopped here for dinner for our anniversary. Beautiful ambience. But their menu is a little small. Was surprised they didn't have any entrees with a white sauce. My wife loves the white sauce or a red, but she still enjoyed her meal. The waiter wasn't quite as friendly almost as if he got offended because my wife wanted a dish... More

We (family of 5) stopped in for a quick lunch before departing to LA. Great martini's, calamari, cafe Roma salad and the angel hair pasta was too good to leave behind!!! Restaurant across the street from train...convenient!

Revisited here after 25 years. The location has changed slightly, but the new building is much larger and the furniture and ambiance was romantic and elegant. The food is a cut above many restaurants in the area and the staff were there at a glance. Had one of the specials and was very pleased. The cannoli were wonderful. Wish we... More

We ate at the bar area. The bartender Jeff was outstanding-not only was he the bartender but he was also the waiter. The place was packed & he was still very attentive. We had a couple of Bellini cocktails which were very refreshing. We tried the Beef Ravioli with salad-both very fresh.

Dinner menu presented many options except what my wife had a taste for, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, but the chef had the ingredients and prepared what she wanted. Wine list offered a a number of reasonably priced wines. Service was impeccable without being overdone.

Made reservations for Parents Weekend on a Thursday. Only had 5:00 pm available, the place was packed within 30 minutes. Great authentic Italian menu. Try the avocado and beet salad! The chef's special was a Sea Bass cut with vegetables and garlic mashed potato that was perfect. Nice wine list and delicious food. We had a great time and the... More

Located near the train depot, this restaurant reminds me of the Little Train That Could. Originally in another location close to the depot, it started it's climb up the gourmet ladder. Eventually, moving to the current location, Cafe Roma has made the grade. Wonderful food, service and atmosphere, it is one of the best restaurants in the county.
