This is a great place with maybe the best bread and croissants in SB. If you love cappuccino like i do you might be in heaven the one day, and disappointed the next. Baristas are not trained to reproduce the good quality so it seems like the place is getting somehow lazy by the very good overall rating. With a... More

D'Angelo's is just off busy State Street in downtown Santa Barbara but the relaxed atmosphere is a pleasant respite from the crowds and traffic. The seating area is small so wait times can be an issue but the food, and especially the baked goods, justify the wait. The pricing is about what you would expect in downtown Santa Barbara. The... Stopped here for coffee as we drove from LA to Monterey via the Big Sur. a fabulous old school bakery serving great coffee and breakfast - felt as though the pace of 21st century life had slowed to a lovely leisurely jog. Would call in again if I had the chance!

We stopped by for a loaf of bread which was very fresh & taste. The smell of the cinnamon rolls was awesome so we also bought one.

We enjoy the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend in Santa Barbara with extended family and always hit this place at least once for breakfast and to partake of their great baked goods (we really like their sour dough and the almond cookies - but there's lots more). They lack a liquor license so no mimosa with weekend brunch, but their menu... More

We went for breakfast and was it good! i had the house-smoked Salmon plate with a generous portion of thinly-sliced salmon, cream cheese, lots of capers, very thinly sliced red onion and tomatoes. i substituted the Rye bread for their Kalamata bread which is my favorite. Son had a breakfast sandwich with salmon, fried egg and arugula. Service was great... More

Excellent coffee, delicious omelette & perfect bacon. Wish I'd had room for one of the pastries! A comfortable indoor dining room & a few outdoor tables. Pleasant, efficient waitstaff.

A very small place, but excellent pastries & coffee and outside tables. Maybe buy a loaf of artisan bread to take away and nibble on the rest of the day?

We have been coming here for 15 years. The Huevos Rancheros is my all time favorite thing to eat. When I first started coming here it wasn't even on the menu. It was a locals secret. Today along with the Eggs Rose and delicious fresh backed breads you will find the best brekky and Brunch in Santa Barbara here at... More

For the price of food this breakfast joint did not meet my expectations. Food was OK but we left not fully satisfied. Inside appearance more like a take out place.
