Food here was okay. How can speak well of the service when I never got a glass of water, I had to keep flagging down the waiter to give our order and to get our check? Table could have been wiped down better too. It was a busy weekday night.

Surprisingly something different in the Chinese menu. GoodLovely meat dishes which you normally to not see in other restaurants. Would recommend the egg plant with pumpkin, dumplings, and porridge dishes.

Took a friend out to eat lunch here. Roasted meats are good. Roasted pork belly and roast duck are tasty. Sautéed snow pea sprouts were nice. Service is well... you know, typical for Bay Area Chinese restaurants where they specialize in perfecting customer service with a perpetual indifferent glare. But the food is good.

We used to patronage this eatery quite regularly. Recently I went, I was surprised to find out that the quality of the food is way below than other similar type of Chinese restaurants. I ordered a plate of fried cloak, it costed me $13.95 for 13 pieces of clam, isn't it a bit too expensive? The claypot rice is tasteless... More

Thanks for reading. Was there as 4A3C(14 & 15 years old) & a grand Positive - fast service - HKG styled food aka Cantonese cuisine akin towards Asian taste - clean enough - plain porridge by itself was excellant and so is the large rice dumpling - ease of parking with even a special lot for less fortunate right at... Ordered a few dim sum and some fried noodles. it took some time before the waiter comes back to take your order (I did not blame them, must be due to the rush hour). the food to me is just normal, nothing special that caught my attention.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant...anywhere. It is always packed to the gills, so get there early. Just about everyone here appears to be Chinese. The menu is vast and not tailored for American tastes. Excellent tea, as well, and fantastic desserts (the puff pastry that is like a doughnut without the hole in the middle; black sesame pudding; etc.).... More

Visitors will enjoy the fast service. People unfamiliar to Authentic Chinese Food may have difficulty to decide what to eat despite the pictures. The best way is to observe your next table neighbors and ask what they are eating if their food looks appealing. Among all the is freshly cooked dishes our favorite was Papa's Chicken. Waiters listen to non... More

Cooking Papa is open from 11:00am to 2;30pm for lunch and 5:00pm to 9:30pm for dinner daily. Come in for early lunch or dinner to avoid the crowd. Plenty of parking in the back. I went in for an early lunch, a little after 11:00 am, so it was not crowded yet the service was slow. But once the food... More

Rarely do I like to give 4 or 5 stars but this find is definitely worth it! We arrived late and it was getting close to closing for the lunch hour but we were seated and served promptly ...ordered a few dishes - lamb fried rice, seafood fried rice, leek with lamb, chicken and corn soup, shrimp egg roll and...
