This restaurant rocks...grab a couple of bowls, fill one with meats and seafood (if available) with noodles and the other with vegetables (lots of vegetables), proceed around back to add any of 10 different liquid ingredients (garlic, different types of oil, chili sauces, etc.) and then hand them to the cooks...a minute of two later you have one delicious bowl... 3 of us went to Su's for lunch. The restaurant is very plain, no frills, and basically nothing special. As far as Mongolian BBQ goes, there are better choices in the south bay than Su's. The selection of food is also average, and the guys who cook it aren't friendly at all.

Su's has a great selection of ingredients and sauces, although some of the sauces could be a little stronger. Typical Mongolian BBQ--choose your own ingredients and sauces, and they cook it on a 550 degree steel plate. All-you-can-eat! Already prepared side dishes include pot stickers, fried rice, noodles, plain rice, S&S chicken, etc. Soft serve ice cream for dessert is... More

You choose the meats vegetables etc and one of the staff chefs cooks it for you as you wait to pick it up. the finished product in my case was very tasty.

Been coming since early 80's. Authentic, wonderful mongolian bbq. Has zero/no/nadda atmosphere; the place is a clean "dump" ... From the time it opened to almost 40+ years later. That's part of it's charm ... It's simply great chow. When you need a Mongolian bbq "fix", there's none better. Added BONUS??? - it's impossible to under-dress here.

The best hidden Mongolian BBQ/Stir fry restaurant in the area! I would've missed it if I never looked closely but after trying it, I wish I could come back for more! They also serve the typical ice cream dessert as well as orange chicken, fried rice, and other Chinese amenities as well.

There are tips and tricks to this place. For one thing, the bowls that they serve your cooked food in are larger than the bowls you deliver your raw food in. So be sure to fill two bowls of raw veggies and meat on your first trip. It's a busy place for lunch but dinner is usually wide open. The... More

A little hole in the wall in a small strip mall at the bottom end of El Camino Real. Nothing fancy, but good food and plenty of it. The variety of meat and veggies was reasonably extensive, with a good variety of sauces. Fun to watch your meal cooked in front of you. Very inexpensive, considering it's all-you-can-eat. Don't go... I visit Su's each time I'm in the area on business, sometimes a couple of times. Best value is a lunch where the offerings really aren't that different. Come for the food, not the decor, there really isn't any decor. Parking can be a bit of a challenge at lunch because the place is so popular but the other stores... More

I don't understand why this place has so many positive reviews, it's really not that good. It's in an old strip mall between a discount smokes & liquor store and a tiny ghetto market. The decor of the place is awful in the few spots where there actually is some. There were very few choices for items in your bowl... More
