Stopped for lunch. Cute quirky place, loaded with 100+ Maxfield Parrish prints on the walls. A feast for the eyes. Lunch was good. I had the clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl: to die for!! Wow. Loaded. Appropriately thick and very creamy. A nice pour of sherry on top. Everybody makes clam chowder out here-- theirs is different! Yum!... More

Nice little restaurant in a good location. Plenty to choose from on the menu. Didn't like the soda price. Kids ordered a soda and they brought a regular can of 12oz soda for 2.25.

We have eaten breakfast here a couple times & it is always good. Simple food, consistent, with good coffee. It is tiny, so you could wait a bit. And the table next to the door is a bit inconvenient.

The food wasn't bad but it wasn't very great either. We had the guacamole omelet and a chorizo scrambler. The omelet was very plain and there wasn't very much chorizo in the scrambler.

We had a Groupon and this place was very close to the Dream Inn...Positives: great pancakes and eggs..a friendly server...Cons: server checked on us 10 minutes into the meal 8 minutes too long, bacon overcooked, potatoes tasteless, expensive coffee, soul music playing in the restaurant and mexican music playing in the kitchen...both together was annoyinng..would not go again

We tried this place on our last day in Santa Cruz, they were very busy but well worth the wait. It is small in size but big in taste. Great breakfast all weekend.

Great location, okay food. Staying across the street and was denied a togo order because they were "too busy". My husband found a better spot down the road anyway. We compared the next morning and tried again as our hotel was literally across the street. Food was okay, not the best. That day we had a much nicer person who... More

We had a nice lunch here after a day at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This is a great option, if you're looking for something more substantial than the fast food at the Boardwalk.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat at lunch time and were warmly greeted and quickly seated. We ordered sandwiches which whilst simple were delicious and our server was really polite and friendly. Great option in SC and highly recommended.
