I thought it was pretty good. My wife loved the fish and chips I liked the clam chowder. We were able to walk right in on a busy day.

Tasteless food. So, so service. I was expecting a lot better for being a seafood place on the pier. Was mediocre at best.

On holiday from the Uk, with family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids - 11 & 8) and looking for somewhere to eat on a manic Easter Saturday at Santa Monica Pier. Had to wait 20 minutes for a table, but bearing in mind how busy it was that was fine. We duly returned and got our table. We ordered... More

Lunching on the pier was an experience. This restaurant was average, hit the spot at a good price, with a variety of meal offerings. I had the southwestern salad and my mother had the fish and chips. It took a bit of effort to wave the server down to request a soft drink refill, but otherwise, a great experience and... More

Ocean winds and sunny days can't keep folks away from this lively spot on the Santa Monica Pier. We ate on the protected patio and the food was all very high quality. Wait staff was friendly. Portions were pretty light in two of our choices. Overall a friendly place. Beer selection was thin, but the location cannot be beat.

We wanted something to eat and spied this place. The staff were very welcoming, very helpful in helping us choose what we wanted. Food and service was both top notch, drinks were refilled without asking (it was soda) Great to look at the decor of the old surfboards. And even had English rugby on the tv

This is in a great location however was quite disappointing! We walked in & got seated by the host straight away, he was awesome. Then 3 waitresses stood around talking rather than coming over to welcome us. We finally got served by the bar man! Our meals were just ok, nothing to rave about. We had crab cakes, calamari, linguine,... More

We ate here on our first day in LA. It was well located and fitted in well with its surrounds. The service was good and the food also but we're not big fans of fried food. For what it was , it was good.

Even though there was only one waitress, this girl was very attentive to all of her guests including us. I ordered chicken parmesan, surprisingly delicious giving that this is a sea food restaurant. My husband ordered a burger and so did my daughter. The burgers were delicious. The bun is buttery and the fries are good too. They have $5... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Santa Monica
Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
