Cane for dinner and had the halibut special. They specialize in an oak grill and the place has a wonderful aroma of the wood. Grilled artichokes was superb! Gf had a pasta plate and was hearty and delish! Glad we went and we will return!

Walt's Wharf has such a great area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine...or many glasses of wine or cocktail. The atmosphere is great. The service is good and it is always busy...so go early to grab the best seats in the house! We...More

We went to Walt’s by chance. Had never been there or had a recommendation. It was an afternoon of talking, eating, and drinking. The staff was wonderful never hurried us or bothered us. Love the place

Went with some friends that religiously go there and everyone was a pleased as ever. This is a well run operation and certainly worth it's reputation. Since I had a big breakfast I just got the chowder, but the fish and classy salads my friends...More

We've been vacationing in Long Beach and Seal Beach for years, and Walt's is a must for every visit. Wonderful seafood and great atmosphere. It deserves its high rating.

Eaten at this restaurant a couple of times and always enjoy the clam chowder. It’s located in the heart of Old Town and we enjoy walking to Walt’s from our hotel. Will visit again when we are in Seal Beach!

On our annual trip to Seal Beach we always make a reservation for an evening meal here. The food, wine, and service is stellar! Last night, Corin was our server, and when I could make up my mind I told her to choose between 3-4...More

Walt's Wharf proved an enjoyable, busy luncheon spot on a spring Friday. Good ambiance, friendly service. And: good tastes!

A lively neighborhood spot that is worth stopping by. Good variety on the menu. Our steak was fabulous but I thought the coconut shrimp were quite dry and tough. Everyone around us seemed to be thoroughly enjoying themselves and we did too. Pricey, especially drinks,...More

Great place to enjoy good sea food and relax with friend and family anything of the week. One my favorite dishs is the catfish with string beans mashed potatoes and a nice tall glass of beer.

I have not found a good hotel right in downtown Seal Beach. I generally stay at the Hilton Hampton Inn on Seal Beach Blvd or the Best Western in Sunset Beach. In either case you would need to drive. Try to get to Main St... More

I always park on Main St, but get there around 4.30-5p. It is 2 hr parking but that limit ends at 6p. If not on Main, try Central Ave.

It's a high end place to dine. So if you have a child maybe who can sit without crying through a meal then yes. It's darker inside for atmosphere for romantic dining and i see business groups.
