Aebleskivers were not the authentic version based on our knowledge and experience. Aebleskivers that we know are hollow and filled with jam, not jam spread on top. Their Aebleskivers were definitely pancakes in the round.

This restaurant is exactly what you want if you just want to come relax and enjoy some Danish style food in a comfortable atmosphere. I am here offseason and have had no problem getting a table or being served, but I know during summer season...More

Danish pancakes come as little round, light fluffy dough balls fried and then smothered in powdered sugar and raspberry jam. Buy them at the walk up window and step out with some fresh, hot aebleskivers in your mouth!
