I ordered two cheese sandwiches from the male. He said do you want everything on them? I said yes. I did not know almost every item had a $1.50 extra charge. You do not know this because after you pick up your sandwich and turn in your beeper they send you to the back to pay. When you get to... More

I stopped by late Saturday afternoon and found this place to be bustling - full of rude tourists that made me skeptical about how clean the free samples of cheese were. However, when you can get past that, you'll be able to try several flavors of the Cheese factory branded cheeses. This is a great place to stop if you're... More

Purchased a small tray of cheese and salmi to take to my hotel room, paid $15 for it. The last once we arrived to the hotel to enjoy our cheese, found two long hairs. Throw the tray at inthe task!!

Went here during a tour of wine country. Hamburger was excellent; panini sandwich was excellent; atmosphere was great. Didn't really like how you had to get your own food but it was good.

We got a groupon for a buy one get one free tasting. There were 4 wines and the cheese tray. The wines and cheeses chosen were great! They have a great deli and gelato selection as well!

Although we did not eat here, we did sample many of the cheeses which led to purchases. Parking was a little hard to find so we parked 3 blocks away. That just added to the enjoyment of our stop as we visited some local shops and walked through the park both to and from the cheese factory. Very reasonably priced... More

Clearly a touristy stop for a picnic lunch. Whole Foods has a much better selection of cheeses. Cases were half empty, choices very limited. Disappointing.
