I've been to this place a lot of times. Their Pho is pretty good but they definitely add MSG to their pho. The hygienic is decent but I did find a little bug in my soup.

Love their soup base for the pho. I tend to go back and forth between the veggie and the chicken. My only issue with the veggie is that the veggies are in such big chunks that they don't really cook through - so difficult to eat. But still tasty. Service is very speedy, and the pho comes with plenty of... More

I wanted to like this restaurant so much I went back twice. Unfortunately, I found it was decent food but nothing to write home about. It looked great but was not that exciting. The service was impersonal and slow. I loved the old building but they had done nothing to preserve it or make it their own. If I worked... More

I think Pho Nam is a great restaurant for a quick lunch. They are a fast no-frills place with antiquated decor and excellent food. They're cheap for the amount of food you get and everything is fresh.

They serve very good pho, broth is excellent and very tender meat, and very quick service. When im back in the area I'll definitely eat their again. They only take cash.

If you are near Stanford and are looking for a Pho restaurant, look no further. The meat is tender and tasty without too much gristle or fat. The broth is nourishing and seasoned well. The vegetables are not soggy and have a bit of a crunch to them. For the discriminating appetite, they serve both small and large bowls of... More

One of our frequent pho places. Pho, vermicelli and grilled plates are all available. For a small fee you can get extra veggies w/ your pho. And the Vietnamese iced coffee is great!

Need to have cash. no credit card to pay. Please be careful before go. When arrive no one come to the front about 1 minute. Then ask us to seat whatever we can. Service is not like regular US restaurant style. Price is reasonable to think here is USA. but compare with in Vietnam, this is too expensive. I ate... More

Hot, flavorful Phở as well as vermicelli and rice dishes. I like their grilled pork over rice as option to the Phở. They serve fresh spring rolls and fried rolls too with a deliciously sweet, tart and salty dipped sauce. Their drink menu is extensive, including iced tea, coconut water and strong Vietnamese coffee served dripping over ice "Café Sua... More

An honest bowl of Pho with good quality ingredients or a bowl of bun (dry noodles) with salad ingredients and grilled pork which you dress with a vinegary sauce. Just very satisfying, very comfort food. Nothing remarkable and nothing fancy for sure, but good for what we expect.
