I rarely write reviews of chains but I was really disappointed with my meal. PF Changs is usually very good if a bit on the salty side. We ordered pad Thai and found it to be lacking in savoriness and the ingredients were not well incorporated and the signature tough tofu was bitter. On a positive note the staff was... More

Our server was friendly but sometimes MIA. The food was good overall, but the fried rice had the flavor characteristic of side-item rice, not a main dish. Missed having fried tofu available as a meat choice, too...

If you are not sure what to order or how much ask your waitperson. Love so many of the dishes I always try to mix and match to suit the others in the party. Don't know anyone who doesn't like the chicken wrapped in lettuce leaves. The sauce itself on this one is delicious. You really can't go wrong as... More

This is a traditional PF Chang's restaurant, however the service is very good. Stopped by for a quick bite to eat at lunch time, waitress was very attentive to detail and suggested quick combo item that came in less than 5 minutes.

Great place to visit and gets crowded and parking lot is pretty much full. Great atmosphere and can get noisy though.

Nice decor and a very entertaining staff. Bartender Seth was great fun. Prices reasonable as well. Only ate the fried rice but it was very good.

The food was not great. Very bland. Like something you would get from a run down, bad, takeout place that was then dumped onto a nice dish. They have cloth napkins, some statues, decent ambiance but the food was bad. I mean, I don't know what I was expecting but I guess I was thinking it would be something slightly... More

Can you possibly over salt every dish? The short answer is yes. Mongolian beef tough almost no onions salty to the point of not getting any flavor. The Kung pao and the fried rice overpowered by salt. Time for corporate to bring in real Asian chefs to make real Asian cuisine. Now I know why we love Chef Chus in Los... More

I've been eating at P.F. Changs for years and have loved their food. Unfortunately, Palo Alto is a very difficult location because the servers, cooks, and other staff cannot afford to live in the area leaving a shortage of help and high turnover. I'll keep coming back, but I hope they can find a creative way to retain staff and... More
