Nice way to experience the aloha spirit while on the Mainland. Came here to bring me back to the food of Hawaii. Quick, tasty and fits the need for amazing teriyaki, sticky rice!

Some of the worse food we have EVER had. I just do not understand how they stay in business. I had the oxtail soup. Flavorless and just bad. My wife had the spicy pork salad and again just terrible. I tasted the pork and it did not come close to the pork we have had in Hawaii. We left with... More

Having enjoyed several trips to the various Hawaiian Islands over the years, you might guess that it is a bit of nostalgia that brings me back to Ono Ono. In reality it is the loyalty of my local Hawaiian friends who will drive a bit of distance to experience this Tustin eatery for it's authentic menu and flavor. Shaved Ice,... More

What a surprise! A simple but really tasty and filling quick dinner in a local strip mall. We had tried another Hawaiian place in California years ago and found everything swimming in fat and overcooked. But this one included several large slices of chicken (pork and other meats are available) with a flavorful Teriyaki sauce that was not oily. Our... More

This is not the place to get fo' real one scoop mac salad two scoops rice plate lunch, but it's pretty close! I tried the asian salad and potato mac salad for sides - very tasty.... More

I contacted ONO ONO to cater an office staff appreciation lunch and the food, chicken, kalua pork, wasabi potatoes and rice were all excellent. It got rave reviews from the entire office. The food was excellent, service was excellent and efficient (and they delivered!). The overall value was outstanding. Highly recommended.

“Ono” in Hawaiian means “delicious,” and that accurately describes many of the menu items at Ono Ono. Hawaiian-style take-out (i.e., plate lunch) spots are becoming increasingly popular here in California, but the menu offerings at Ono Ono can be considered a step above such places. One of those offerings is their delectable poké (raw tuna marinated in soy sauce, sesame... More

Dear Patrons, The correct add is www.ono-onohawaiianbbq.com. Once again, www.ono-onohawaiianbbq.com.. The add, www.onoonohawaiianbbq.com is being wrongfully and unfairly linked to other biz (on-line theft). M/time, we are now offering a free sidedish tray or USD25 VALUE dine-in coupon for a catering order of 10 or more people. Onoliciously yours, Richard H. richard@ono-onohawaiianbbq.com
