We stopped in following a ride up and down the gondola. After experiencing those stunning views, C Bar extends your outdoor enjoyment. The food is good, and attentive service comes with a smile.

At the base of the ski mountain and all the hub bub of activity during the summer and winter. We've been to the C Bar in both winter and just recently summer. So this review is for the summer. Lot's of great wines offered and a full bar, but the yummy menu of appetizers, the free live music and sitting... More

My husband and I wanted to try their winter mule with Grey Goose vodka, cranberry, bitter, ginger beer, and it was delicious!

Unless you ski to the bottom before 3pm -- you have a -0- chance of an outdoor table for a loooong time (as in Dark) on a sunny Spring Day! Servers were among "The Best in Juggling Crowds @ Happy Hour" "Centennial Salad" A filling quantity of corn / tomato / green chilies / onion / corn tortilla strips /... More

Wait forever. Servers who don't care. Many better options along the slope. Half of the tables are taken by those not drinking. Hostess does not watch the line for others to be seated. Poorly run.

We skied in the morning and decided to stop in and have a few drinks and some food. The waitress was excellent no wait and the food and drinks were excellent.

I visited the conjoined restaurants, Beaver Creek Chop House and C Bar, while skiing Beaver Creek this last week and was sincerely impressed with the beverages, food selections and service. There was an awesome happy hour menu including raw oysters, and the Sommelier suggested a delicious complimentary wine. Collin was my bartender while I was at C Bar, and he made,... More

Relax in the middle of chaos. Set at the foot of the busiest lift I found the C Bar, much friendlier than the other cattle style mega-restaurants. My Cuban sandwich was better than any I've found in Miami. The furnishings accommodate ski-boots. Bartenders are attentive and nice. Relative to the area, the C Bar is an excellent value.

Great spot to take lunch or the rest of the day from skiing. We dined here for 3 lunches and 2 of us never repeated. Ask for some roasted jalapenos to spice it up. Great bar and cocktails. Deviled eggs to die for.

Between 6 girls, we split the Sliders, Quesadillas, Cuban and one other thing that I can't remember. It was the perfect amount for lunch. Beautiful Day, Delicious food and great service on the patio in the middle of our ski day. I wish I was there right now!
