Country western decor with great service and food. The pork chop was wonderful. Great wine list. Great for the whole family or just a couple.

This living, authentic western museum is an amazing experience! From the unique and unmatched ambiance to the phenomenal food. What could make it better? Add superlative service. Nikki is the best! Knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and to top it off she is a friendly and lovely lady! Want a great cocktail, or a special wine, just tell Kevin what you are... More

We came with a group of 10 for an early dinner. Their menu is very nice with good variety, albeit small. One of our guests had a dairy allergy and our server Nikki was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The elk ribeye was one of the best cuts of meat I had ever eaten. Extensive spirits/wine selection. A must if you're... More

After a recent charity event in Beaver Creek we volunteers were treated to dinner at Saddleridge. This place was awesome with western memorabilia strewn throughout the rustic building. You could spend hours in the library alone! Then came dinner... I had a coffee crusted filet and it was to die for! Great staff.... wonderful trinkets throughout.... this is a must... More

This place is worth a visit as the architecture and decor are really interesting. The photography and Indian artifacts in the museum are especially interesting. We had a lovely lunch but found the service to be very slow despite the fact that the restaurant was not at all full. Portion sizes are small and menu is indeed limited however it... More

My family of 4 ate dinner here recently while on vacation in Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch. We have been to the area several times, but this was our first time to dine at SaddleRidge. The interior of the building and dining room were stunning and worth the visit. We spent 5-10 minutes walking through the downstairs rooms with their historical items... More

Our family had a very memorable dinner this past Saturday night at the SaddleRidge. We shared bites from everyone's meal and you just can't go wrong. Many offs enjoyed the Bison Chop which was grilled to perfection. The Elk Loin was encrusted with a coffee and wine reduction coating. I don't drink coffee, but the elk was delicious and very... Beautiful setting but the food was not what I hoped for. Didn't want a big piece of meat but that was the way it came. Could not get a smaller portion, inflexible. Meat was undercooked but that was better than over cooked.

We did not have a good experience. We go every year, party of 11, and until this year have always been pleased....until last night. This time they were "out" of the wines in the $100 range, and I had to get a $130 bottle. There is no excuse for having so many $200,300+ bottles, and nothing in a reasonable range.... More
