The beer was very good. I had their double IPA and FYIPA, both were well done and refreshing. The steak sandwich was delicious. Make sure to bring cash or a check, they don't except credit cards.

Boulder is the birthplace of a small group of brewpub restaurants that build unmatchable customer service through delivery of great beer and great food via an amazing system of staff collaboration. The Mountain Sun is the keystone pub started in the 1990's, and there are now Sun Pubs in Boulder (Mountain, Southern and Under the), Denver and Longmont. The food... More

Good bar food in a quaint setting. The hamburgers were very good to excellent. Wish they would take credit cards.

After a day of First Aid training we needed to unwind a bit. Being St. Patrick's Day there was a short wait to be seated, but we got a drink while we waited and had a chance to talk. Pizza was good as was the coffee porter. Good choice.

Loved the funky friendly brewpub. They specialize in stouts and are happy to give you a taste from their extensive beer selection to figure out what you like. The staff were so friendly, even though there was a wait when we got there they filled the time with free fries and smiles. Veggie burger and chicken sando were great. Loved... More

Excellent service! It gets very busy at dinner time on the weekends so I would recommend going there for lunch on a nice day.

This is one of my favorite places to send out of towners - you get the Boulder vibe, they brew their own delicious beer, and the food is delicious. Their french fries are next level and the Java Porter is DELICIOUS. Lots of options for vegetarians, too. Note that this place is cash only.

This is a great place to have a beer and a burger. Friendly staff, casual atmosphere. Cash only, no credit or debit cards accepted. There's usually a wait, often up to an hour for a table. Grab a place at the bar and sample their different beers, all brewed in-house. We've eaten here several times and always had a good... More
