The Boulder Cork is our new happy hour spot but one must arrive when they open at 4:30 to get a table. The menu offers variety with both drinks and food and people come for the great deal. It does get noisy so be prepared for that.

At lunch, I had the pan friend trout which was a huge piece of fish and tasted pretty good. It came with Green Chile Mac and Cheese which was absolutely totally tasteless. My husband reported his burger was "fine". We had iced tea, one beer, and the fish and burger and the bill was $45! I hear their Happy Hour... More

It is important to us at the Cork to deliver delicious, high-quality dishes. We strive to use the freshest ingredients sourced from local farms and ranchers. While this can drive prices up a bit, we believe in food that is both delicious and that supports our community. We appreciate your feedback, and we are sorry to hear that some of... More

Boulder people already know "The Cork" so this is for non-Boulder folks. 6 adults and 2 young kids had dinner. There are two menu groups -- a la carte steaks with a la carte sides or entrees. Our group split -- 3 for steaks -- all nicely done; and 3 for entrees -- the Sake Salmon was very nicely done... More

After 10+ yearns of coming to this restaurant once a year, we were disappointed with our recent meal. There were 6 adults and all but one wasn't impressed with their cut of meat. The 22-ounce T-bone steak was described as "only average" and the filet was not cooked properly, resulting in a vey stringy and unsatisfying experience. The peppercorn sauce... More

A very pleasant and civilized dinner experience. Great service, wine choices and dinner selections, including a child's menu. The dining area where we sat was decorated for the holidays, and the atmosphere was cheerful without being raucous. Some of the other areas seemed noisier. We can recommend the prime rib, the lamb chops and the scallops!

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your dining experience! We love how festive our restaurant is around the holidays, and we’re glad you shared an appreciation for the atmosphere. If you are ever concerned about the noise level of the restaurant, please don’t hesitate to request seating in one of our back dining rooms. The back rooms can provide... More

This restaurant has been in business since 1969, and with good reason. Forget the Flagstaff House, which is pretentious and way over-rated; the Cork is THE place to eat when in Boulder. If you're wondering what people of Boulder are really like, you'll see them here; it is a place Boulderites return to again and again. Food is outstanding (prime... More

Food was excellent, sake salmon was best I have ever had. Large party of 15 people waiter was excellent and no one was left out. Prime rib was also one of the best around.

The NY steak was excellent, as well it should be for $40 or so, plus another $20 for overpriced sides, and the drinks were a bit outrageous as well, although I couldn't complain on the pour. Nice looking wine list, by the way. It was prime beef and I'll generally accept the fact that it's gonna be pricey. What I'm... More

Was at Boulder Cork for a business dinner. The restaurant is a fun place, fairly noisy and very busy. The food is good but nothing special. However, the service at Boulder Cork is excellent. Several of the diners in our group had steaks while a few of us had fish. Clearly, Boulder Cork does beef better than fish since mine... More
