We eat at the Cork at least monthly, often eating in the bar. The food at the Cork is always good. You can count on it.

Celebrated our anniversary with family at the Cork. The steaks were perfectly prepared. The sides were good, too. And loved the mud pie.More

Brought my mother here when passing through Boulder, we got a 5:45pm reservation which meant we got the early bird dinner menu...great value! Awesome service. Definitely recommend the trout and veggie pasta.

This Classic Restaurant has been able to last the test of time by serving the favorites and old standbys of Great American Food. I believe it has been here for over 40 yr., and still is going strong and serving up wonderful classic fare. We...More

Boulder people already know "The Cork" so this is for non-Boulder folks. 6 adults and 2 young kids had dinner. There are two menu groups -- a la carte steaks with a la carte sides or entrees. Our group split -- 3 for steaks --...More

After 10+ yearns of coming to this restaurant once a year, we were disappointed with our recent meal. There were 6 adults and all but one wasn't impressed with their cut of meat. The 22-ounce T-bone steak was described as "only average" and the filet...More
